Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to enable visual arts teacher candidates to become familiar with creative drama methods and to integrate these methods into both their own understanding of art and their future teaching practices. It is aimed for students to develop communication, empathy, aesthetic sensitivity, creative thinking and effective group work skills.
Course Content
The course covers what drama in education is, the history of drama, the structuring and stages of drama in education, drama in education according to age groups and application areas, drama techniques in education, evaluation and drama studies.
