Course Goal / Objective

The main aim of this course is to teach the student the basic principles of sports injuries and prevention strategies before these injuries occur by being aware of the factors that cause sports injuries.

Course Content

This course includes basic concepts related to sports and health, warming - cooling, protection from sports injuries in low pressure conditions, protection from sports injuries in high pressure environment, protection from sports injuries in hypothermic environment, sports and hygiene, protection from upper extremity sports injuries, protection from lower extremity sports injuries, protection from injuries to the trunk, head, face.
