Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of protecting and improving individual and family health through sports and to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to improve family and community health through sports. The aim of this course is to gain the skills to develop strategies to protect and improve individual, family and community health through sports, exercise and physical activity.
Course Content
To gain the knowledge and skills necessary for the development of individual, family and community health by learning the basic concepts of health and health protection and promotion. To educate students who know the concept of individual, family, community health protection and development and the factors affecting it, behavior-specific health protection and development models and solution strategies.
