Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to distinguish the detailed anatomy of organ systems by applying advanced dissection techniques, to separate tissues into layers, and to understand the relationships between formations.
Course Content
The course includes practical cadaver dissection techniques, separation of tissue layers, advanced dissection methods for organ systems, and surgical anatomy applications on cadavers in the Dissection laboratory.
Course Precondition
Students must have successfully completed basic anatomy courses.
Resources
• Current anatomy atlases and dissection guides • Clinical anatomy and surgical dissection books • Dissection practice guides • Digital simulations and virtual dissection programs
Notes
Additional readings and lab manuals will be provided in the course.
