Course Goal / Objective

Designing scientific research projects, learning academic writing style, and developing students’ ability to create their own independent research projects.

Course Content

What is Scientific Research? Introduction to the Concept of a Project. Generation of Research Ideas and Problem Definition. Literature Review and Transformation into a Research Proposal. Overview of National and International Funding Opportunities. Objectives, Research Questions, Hypotheses, and Methodology in a Project. Case Studies and Analysis of Sample Research Projects.
