Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to examine modern art movements and to explain and discuss the effects of economic, social, political, and cultural events and phenomena of the period on the transformations, innovations, and differentiations in modern art.

Course Content

This course covers key debates in contemporary art, examining the views and critiques of contemporary art theories by various art writers.
