Course Goal / Objective

To teach students how to create toolpaths for parts using industry-standard CAM software and generate appropriate machining codes for CNC machines.

Course Content

It covers the interface introduction of computer-aided manufacturing software, part zeroing, creating two and a half and three-dimensional milling toolpaths, turning operations, solid simulation, and generating machine codes for CNC machines.
