Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to learn the basic properties of essential oils, their extraction methods and their uses in a fun and practical way, as well as to enable students to design their own perfumes and aromatherapy products.

Course Content

Properties of essential oils, extraction methods, fragrance profiles, preparation of perfumes and aromatherapy products, essential oil trade in the world and in Turkey, storage conditions and quality control processes.
