Course Goal / Objective
Detailed analysis of some species suitable for temperate climate conditions.
Course Content
The current situation in our country's fruit growing (in particular Strawberry, Apricot, Cherry, Apple, Pear and Quince), our genetic resource potential, our climate and geopolitical opportunities, as well as the evaluation possibilities of our products will be discussed. In addition, the opportunities in cultivar and rootstock breeding, the possibilities of health fruit growing, cultivar breeding for industrial use will be examined in many dimensions
