Course Goal / Objective
To give basic information about microscope types, using microscope and different preparation techniques; to introduce various material and tools used in laboratory and to teach some basic analyse methods
Course Content
To introduce and using of various material, tool and device used in horticultural researches and the points to consider while studying them, the properties of chemicals used in laboratories and preparing solutions, introducing microscopes and using principles, preparation techniques for microscopic examination
