Course Goal / Objective
With this lesson; It is aimed to gain the competence to understand and use the basic concepts of tourism business management and hotel management.
Course Content
Definition and classification of hotel businesses; Determining the location of establishment in hotel businesses; Marketing, human resources management, customer relations management, public relations, accounting, financial management, rooms department services and food and beverage services management in hotel businesses; New trends in hotel businesses
